DELICIOUS MEGA MOIST (FOR ALL YOU FREAKS OUT THERE!) AND MEGA STONEY BANANA ZUCCHINI BREAD!!!!!

 

If your like me your not always a fan of store bought edibles. Luckily there's always a wide range of cannabis infused raw ingredients available. Below is the cannabis infused coconut oil I picked up.

 

First off…. what's up with it saying 99 regular doses and 22 california doses? – doesn't matter I love it. 

 

I'll we'll be posting tons of recipes on here and before you know it with a little bit of kitchen know how you can make some fresh and delicious medically infused food at home! 

 

 

 

A friend and I were playing around with some edible ideas and baked this zucchini banana bread. She used infused coconut oil along with her normal recipe to craft this delicious homemade edible. What I loved about this desert was the soft infused bread is contrast with the crunchy and sugary crumble up top. She didn't skimp on the toppings and you shouldn't either as you follow her recipe below. The best part this edible has over 1000mg of THC making it very potent at well. On a side note, this recipe can easily be made to be vegan and gluten free! Enjoy!

 

 

Stoney Zucchini Banana Bread

 

1 1/2 c flour (can sub for GF flower)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c oats
1 c sugar
2 eggs(or flax egg)
1/2 cup THC infused coconut oil (liquid)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)
2 c zucchini shredded (fresh or frozen)

Preheat to 350
Combine first 5 ingredients
Mix in eggs, oil, vanilla and banana evenly
Add zucchini and stir by hand
Line loaf pan with parchment and lightly grease
Pour in mixture and bake for 45-55 minutes
